Monthly parent Meetings:
Parent meetings will be held in person at 6:30pm the first Tuesday of every other month (starting in August).
They will be held in Horizon's media center. Meeting Dates: 8/6, 9/3, 11/5, 1/7, 1/21 (Nationals Meeting)

Payment information:
All payments must be made on time. Monthly payments are always due by the 5th of the month (unless otherwise noted). If you need a payment extension or an additional payment plan, it is on you to communicate this with Jim, the booster treasurer. Coaches reserve the right to withhold clothing and/or gifts until payments are up-to-date. If an athlete quits or is dismissed from the team midseason, they will NOT receive a refund for previous payments. This includes nationals payments.
Tax Credit:
You can use tax credit donations in place of a majority of these costs. When someone submits a tax credit donation for your athlete, you must send the receipt to the Treasurer to confirm the payment. If you plan to pay by tax credit, you must submit the receipt to our treasurer before the above payment due dates. We highly encourage using tax credit to offset costs of the program.
